Nokia N9

                              The Nokia N9 (codename 'Lankku', Finnish for "a flat plank of wood") is a smartphone made by Nokia based on the Linux MeeGo"Harmattan" mobile operating system, the first from Nokia on the MeeGo OS. It was released in three colors: black, cyan and magenta, after Nokia announced on Nokia World 2011 the white version of the phone it was available before the end of the 2011 year.

Histoy

The successor of Nokia N900, internally known as N9-00, was scheduled to be released in late 2010, approximately one year after N900 launched. Pictures of the prototype leaked in August 2010 showed an industrial design and a 4-row keyboard. A software engineer working for Nokia's device division cited the N9-00 (the product number) in the public bug tracker for Qt, an open source application development framework used in MeeGo. This design was dropped; then Nokia started working on the N9-01, codenamed Lankku, a new variant without a keyboard.

Nokia N9 was announced on June 21, 2011 at the Nokia Connection event in Singapore. At the time, the phone was presumed to become available to the public in September 2011.  Users can get notified via e-mail of the availability of N9 in their country at the webpage of the Nokia Online Store. Since Nokia closed its Nokia Online Shop in many countries, including France, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom and the USA on 30 June 2011 availability in those countries will be in the hands of retailers and operators.(...)

              In the context of spaceflight, a satellite is an object which has been placed into orbit by human endeavour. Such objects are sometimes called artificial satellites to distinguish them from natural satellites such as the Moon.

The world's first artificial satellite, the Sputnik 1, was launched by the Soviet Union in 1957. Nokia 808 PureView

 Cyber-shot is a line of digital cameras made by Sony. The first cyber-shot was made by Sony in 1996. The Cyber-shot range is known for its proprietary InfoLithium battery pack, the trademark Carl Zeiss lenses, and overall design. Best hard drives

                    What's the best hard drive to buy? Your hard drive is out of date if its capacity is measured in gigabytes. Even a terabyte of space can seem cramped when you're stockpiling your movies, music and photograph collections.

Two terabytes isn't a bad starting point unless you're heavily into editing movies, and with prices tumbling, you don't have to pay much to enjoy excellent performance.


 At the moment, buying a hard drive gives you exactly two choices: a flash-based SSD, or a regular mechanical drive. The key difference is that, while SSD offers far superior performance, it comes with a price to match and you only get a few tens of gigabytes before the cost ceases to be effective.

Traditional drives are much slower, but hold far, far more, and in most cases you simply don't need the extra performance. Everything will still work just fine, just not quite as quickly.

As long as you're not used to the speed of Windows booting from SSD though, you're unlikely to chafe at even a mid-range drive's performance. There's plenty of life in the traditional style yet, and it remains the best way to handle your electronic life.(...)

Apple ipod nano

             Late late week, Apple announced a worldwide replacement program for owners of the first-generation iPod nano. The program was instituted due to battery issues that could cause the devices to overheat and in extreme cases catch fire. 

While Apple officially notes that it may take up to six weeks for customers to receive their replacement devices, some users are reporting that their replacements have already arrived. And while some had hoped that Apple might offer newer-generation iPod nano models given a potential shortage of units that officially went out of production nearly five years ago, the replacement units are indeed still first-generation iPod nanos. Samsung Galaxy Tab

                  The Samsung Galaxy Tab is an Android-based tablet computer produced by Samsung  introduced on 2 September 2010 at the IFA in Berlin.

The Galaxy Tab has a 7-inch (180 mm) TFT-LCD touchscreen, Wi-Fi capability, a 1.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 Samsung Exynos 3110 (code-named "Hummingbird") processor, the Swype input system, a 3.2 MP rear-facing camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera for video calls. It runs the Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system, and supports telephone functionality as speaker phone, via provided wired ear piece or Bluetooth earpieces (except models sold in the US). It can download videoconferencing apps such as Tango as alternative to telephone functionality.

Samsung Galaxy S
